Which devices can I play TriviaX on?
TriviaX is a mobile app for Android (Google Play) and iPhone (App Store, coming soon). There is no web version of the game; this website is for information and support only.
Is TriviaX free? What is VIP?
TriviaX is free to download and play, with ads. An optional VIP subscription removes ads and unlocks extra topics and benefits. VIP is purchased only inside the app through the App Store or Google Play, and you can manage or cancel it at any time in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by the store.
How many players can play together?
Online rooms (Speed, Trap and Thief games) hold 2 to 6 players, each on their own phone. The Team Game is played on one device with a host, and two teams of any size you like. See How to Play for the rules.
How does voice chat work?
You can join voice chat in game rooms and groups to talk live with other players. The app asks for microphone permission only when you join, and you can mute yourself or leave at any time. Voice chats are never recorded.
I found a question with a wrong answer. How do I report it?
Use the report button on the question screen in the app and our team will review it. You can also email us at info@triviaxtrivia.com with the question and topic.
What languages is TriviaX available in?
TriviaX is currently available in English. All questions and the app itself are in English.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the Edit Profile screen in the app (cancel any VIP subscription first). To delete all of your data completely, such as game history and support messages, email info@triviaxtrivia.com from your account email. See our Privacy Policy for details.
